4 Eggs

1/4 Greek Yougert

1c broccoli

1c califlour

1c Turkey or lean meat of choice -COOKED

Mix well.  Add to cupcake tin or casserole dish.  Bake at 350F about 25-30 min for cupcake size - 30-45 min for casserole size.  Check to be sure the center is done,  Add a sprinkle of lot fat cheese if desired.  Cool and serve/freeze.
