Oral Care for Pups
6:17 am est
I love kisses from pups....but whooo that breath. Bad breath is typcaily a result of decay or bacterial overgrowth
in the dogs mouth. Plaque comes first then tarter ( hardened plaque) then the bacteria. I like to think in pictures
...here is my visual for you. A coral reef.. compare the plaque to the coral growting. Tarter to the white hardened
portions of the reef. Bacteria to the fish and other life forms living on the reef. Don't belieive me just
take a scraping of the stuff on the gum line and look at it under a microscope.
How to decease the build up?
Remove it...physically or chemically. Brushing, cleaninings, or treatments...combinations of all three are best.
Attached is a video on how to brush.
